Current workspace retention

Account details, project instructions, prompts, outputs, uploaded text, image and PDF sources and usage history remain stored to operate your workspace. The current self-service product does not offer a fixed automatic inactivity-deletion schedule or a one-click account deletion workflow. We do not promise that cancellation or signing out erases this material.

Temporary records and billing

Checkout transfer codes expire after one minute and cannot be reused after redemption; expiry of access is not a promise of immediate physical deletion. Checkout quotes expire for authorization after five minutes. Task execution context is cleared on settlement, but task requests, responses, files and usage records remain separately. Billing, consent, fraud-prevention and accounting records may need retention for applicable legal obligations or disputes.

Request deletion or export

Email bolt@omnibiofex.cloud from your account address with the scope of your request. We verify identity and review active billing, legal retention, disputes and technical dependencies. We will explain restrictions and handle applicable rights within legally required periods; no unverified fixed deletion deadline is promised. Cancel an active subscription separately if you want billing stopped.

Recovery copies and providers

Provider-managed backups, recovery copies and logs may persist until they expire under the applicable configuration or legal requirements. Immediate deletion from every recovery system is not guaranteed. Google Cloud, Google Analytics and Razorpay may have separate retention duties and controls.
