Your uploaded material

You retain rights you hold in prompts, instructions and uploaded files. You are responsible for permission, confidentiality and the lawful processing of any third-party personal data. You permit VantyrixTek and its providers to process the material to deliver requested work, retain your workspace and administer the service under the Privacy Policy.

Generated outputs

As between you and VantyrixTek, we do not claim ownership of your generated output. To the extent we hold transferable rights in an output, we assign them to you, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. This does not guarantee that copyright exists, that output is exclusive, or that it is free from others’ rights. Similar outputs may be generated for other users.

Use and responsibility

You may use and adapt outputs, including commercially, where lawful and consistent with source licences and provider conditions. Review for copyright, trademarks, privacy, defamation and accuracy. Preserve required licence notices. Do not misrepresent fabricated endorsements, sources, identity or authorship where disclosure is legally required.

Platform and complaints

SHOUD software, branding and provider technology are separate from your content rights. No provider model weights or platform source licence is granted. Follow the Copyright & Takedown Policy to report infringement or contest an erroneous restriction.
