Prices and billing cycles

Pro is US$20/month or US$200/year upfront. Max 5× is US$100/month or US$1,000/year upfront. Max 20× is US$200/month or US$2,000/year upfront. Annual prices are charged as a full year, not as monthly instalments. Subscriptions renew on the authorized monthly or annual schedule until cancelled. Applicable tax must be disclosed before authorization; your bank may apply currency-conversion costs.

One introductory trial

Eligible customers receive one introductory one-hour trial, with 500 Pro, 1,500 Max 5× or 3,000 Max 20× trial credits, separate from paid credits. A refundable US$0.50 card authorization is charged now and automatically refunded by Razorpay. The subscription portion is US$0 during the trial. A customer who has used the introductory trial must review an immediate paid charge before authorization. Switching plans does not reset eligibility.

Exact charge time and payment consent

Checkout displays today’s charge, trial allowance, full recurring amount, cycle and exact first subscription charge time before explicit consent. Trial access is released after provider authorization is verified; the disclosed first charge deadline is not brought forward because access becomes ready sooner. Cancel before that deadline to prevent the subscription charge. Exhausting credits never triggers an early payment.

Abandoned checkout and plan changes

Opening Razorpay does not by itself activate paid access. An unpaid checkout may be verified and closed before choosing another plan. If authorization or a payment is being confirmed, the system blocks another subscription until billing state is resolved. Closing a popup is not a substitute for cancelling an already authorized trial or renewal. Active plan changes require review of revised charges; current self-service use generally requires cancelling renewal and waiting until the paid term ends, or contacting support.

Failed payments and receipts

Provider confirmation or a signed webhook is required for paid access and credit allocation. Pending, failed or halted payments can pause access. Provider retries follow the authorized payment arrangement; no guaranteed retry timetable is stated here. Check Plan & usage and contact support if billing is delayed or appears duplicated. Purchase measurement excludes the US$0.50 authorization.

Cancellation and refunds

Use Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy. Cancellation of renewal preserves an already paid term. A trial cancellation ends trial access. Account deletion, signing out, exhausting credits and deleting browser cookies do not independently cancel an authorized subscription.
