Self-service subscriptions use the published Terms of Service and billing policies. This page is not an executed master services agreement, enterprise order form or promise of custom features.

Before enterprise use

Contact bolt@omnibiofex.cloud to agree the purchasing legal entity, authorized users, scope, pricing/tax, term, support, security requirements, DPA, international transfers, liability allocation, termination and any SLA. Enterprise invoicing, dedicated infrastructure, audit rights, custom retention, SSO or compliance commitments must be expressly agreed; they are not implied by buying a Max plan.

Document precedence

A signed business agreement must specify which order form, DPA, SLA and standard terms apply and how conflicts are resolved. In the absence of that agreement, do not assume these informational pages amend a contract or authorize regulated-data processing. Mandatory rights remain applicable.
