1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly Business (₹24,999) or Scale (₹49,999) subscription at any time via the Workspace Billing panel. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains fully active until the end of your prepaid monthly billing period.
2. 7-Day Satisfaction Refund
If you encounter technical runtime failures or service disruption within 7 calendar days of your initial plan activation, contact billing@shoud.online with your PhonePe transaction ID for an immediate full refund.
3. Automated Payment Verification Protection
If a payment is deducted by your bank but PhonePe settlement fails due to network timeout, our automated reconciliation engine automatically confirms or initiates a refund to your original source account within 24 to 48 hours.
