SHOUD ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. Because SHOUD operates locally on your machine as a terminal agent, we prioritize local processing to keep your data secure and maintain strict operational boundaries.

2. Local Data Processing

SHOUD reads local files and executes shell commands strictly on your device based on your direct instructions. Your entire file system is never uploaded or stored on our cloud infrastructure; only necessary contextual snippets required for Claude reasoning are transmitted securely via API.

3. Authentication & Payments

We use Firebase Google Sign-In exclusively for account identification and CLI session validation. Payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay on our authorized payment vanity domain. We do not store raw credit card or financial instrument details on our servers.
