Included allowance

Paid plans allocate 2,000 Pro, 10,000 Max 5× or 40,000 Max 20× credits per paid month. Annual subscribers also receive monthly credit refreshes rather than the whole year at once. Unused subscription credits do not roll over. Trial allowances are separate: 500, 1,500 and 3,000 respectively. Storage allocations are 5, 25 and 50 GB; simultaneous task limits are 1, 3 and 5.

Task budgets

Before a task begins, SHOUD estimates and asks you to approve a maximum credit budget. The service reserves that budget atomically, including bounded review work. Model choice, output length, research and provider usage affect actual cost; one credit is not a fixed number of messages. Insufficient credits or concurrency pauses starting another task.

Settlement and failures

Unused reservation is returned after settlement where usage is known. Known provider rejections return the appropriate reservation. Ambiguous timeouts can retain the approved ceiling where provider usage cannot be determined; contact support for review. Stopping a task prevents future steps where possible but cannot undo provider work already performed. Older paid tasks do not refund into a newer monthly credit epoch.

No automatic extra billing

Trial exhaustion pauses work and never starts the paid subscription early. Credit exhaustion does not authorize overage charges or another subscription. Changes to charges or purchased allowances require an explicit checkout. Production hosting and separately purchased services are excluded.
