SHOUD Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using SHOUD Bots.
1. Agreement and Operator
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SHOUD Bots platform operated by SHOUD Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating a workspace or initiating a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
2. Autonomous Bot Services & Compute
SHOUD Bots provides autonomous AI workforce capabilities powered by Google Gemini 4 Argon on Vertex AI. All bot tool actions, browser crawls, and Python computations operate strictly within scoped permissions set by the workspace administrator.
3. PhonePe Payments & Automated Settlement
Subscription fees for Business (₹24,999/mo) and Scale (₹49,999/mo) are collected via PhonePe UPI/NetBanking. Payments are automatically verified by our server-side settlement engine. Access to entitlements is provisioned immediately upon verified receipt.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Workspaces may not use SHOUD Bots for unauthorized vulnerability scanning, distributed denial of service, generating deceptive content, or violating applicable Indian laws and international cybersecurity regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain 100% full commercial ownership of all prompts, briefs, data files, and deliverables generated by your AI bots within your workspace.
6. Termination & Contact
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. For legal queries, contact legal@shoud.online.
