1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using the SHOUD terminal agent or visiting shoud.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SHOUD is designed to automate technical workflows directly on your machine.
2. Execution Context & Liability
SHOUD operates as a local CLI execution engine. By granting permissions via the prompt engine, you authorize SHOUD to modify your local file system, run build commands, and interface with your OS. We are not liable for accidental data loss. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups and version control (e.g., Git) for your projects.
3. Credit-Based Usage
SHOUD services operate on an immutable credit micro-transaction ledger. Purchased and monthly plan credits are non-refundable and are consumed dynamically based on AI model reasoning, token usage, and task complexity. Local read operations and file system interactions do not consume credits.
