Terms of service

Effective 20 October 2026. These terms govern SHOUD, operated by VantyrixTek. By using SHOUD, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy.

Your account and use

You must be at least 18 and use an authorized Google account. Keep your account secure. Do not use SHOUD for unlawful activity, infringement, abuse, credential theft, or attempts to bypass usage and security controls. You must have permission to upload and process your source material.

AI outputs

Outputs can contain errors, omissions, or similar content to outputs supplied to other people. Review facts, calculations, citations, code, and formatting before relying on or sharing results. Generated code is a prototype and is not automatically executed or validated. SHOUD is not a substitute for professional advice.

Subscriptions and trial

All subscription prices are in USD: Pro $20/month or $200/year; Max 5× $100/month or $1,000/year; Max 20× $200/month or $2,000/year. Annual charges are paid upfront. The selected subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Applicable tax and any provider authorization amount must be disclosed before authorization.

Eligible customers may authorize one introductory one-hour trial with a separate capped usage allowance. Razorpay charges a refundable US$0.50 card authorization now and automatically refunds it. Checkout displays this charge separately from the $0 trial subscription charge, along with the precise trial start, first subscription charge time, amount, and billing cycle. Cancel before the first charge time to prevent that subscription charge. Exhausting trial credits pauses work and never accelerates billing. A new plan selection does not grant another trial.

Credits and availability

Paid credits refresh monthly, including annual subscriptions, and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Tasks reserve a maximum budget before execution. Unused credits are returned after settlement. A failed request may retain its reservation where provider usage cannot be determined; you may request support review. Cancellation stops future task steps but cannot undo provider work already started.

Files and ownership

You retain rights in your uploaded materials. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the generated outputs. You grant us permission to process your materials to provide the service. Production hosting, domains, public APIs, and services outside the stated subscription are separate.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through the workspace. Paid cancellation prevents renewal and preserves access through the paid term. To change plans, cancel renewal and choose a new plan after the paid term ends, or contact support. A new plan does not grant another introductory trial. See our refund policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

Service limitations

We may suspend abusive use, address security issues, or make service changes. Availability depends in part on Google Cloud and the payment provider. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free outputs. Contact us through our contact page about disputes or support.
