What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your account identifier, name, email, and profile information. We store your projects, preferences, task requests, outputs, uploaded source files, usage records, and subscription status.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate your account, provide your workspace, generate requested outputs, meter usage, prevent abuse, manage subscriptions, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

Google Firebase and Google Cloud provide authentication, database, storage, hosting, and AI processing. Relevant prompts and source material are sent to Google’s Gemini services. Razorpay processes payment details through its secure checkout. SHOUD does not store full card numbers or card security codes. Processing may occur outside your country.

Access and retention

Workspace records and files are scoped to your account. We retain them to operate your workspace, subject to deletion requests and applicable accounting or legal obligations. Billing and fraud records may need longer retention. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

Your choices

You can sign out and cancel renewals in the workspace. Contact us through our contact page to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Account deletion is separate from cancelling a subscription.

Cookies and analytics

Authentication uses browser storage to maintain your session. No advertising trackers are installed in this release. If optional analytics or advertising measurement is introduced, this policy and consent controls will be updated.

Security and children

We use account-scoped rules, server-side secrets, and signed payment verification. No service can guarantee absolute security. SHOUD subscriptions are intended for adults aged 18 or older.
