CONTEXT THAT CAN BE RETRIEVED

Keep the history.
Find what matters.

Recent chat context and relevant older excerpts help your chiefs work with your facts, within a finite model window.

A useful working set.

Recent turns and relevant older messages are selected from recent saved history. Large prompts are bounded before model requests. Tool calls stay paired with their results when old context is removed.

Search beyond the visible window.

Chiefs can search the current chat’s persisted history in pages of 200 records. Searches return excerpts and a cursor to continue into older pages. Retrieval uses compute allowance and takes time; missing matches on one page do not prove a detail was never provided.

Recall with evidence.

Ask your chief to find the source message for an older fact. A saved archive is not an infinite model window, and recall is not guaranteed. Shared business memory and files provide another place to keep reusable facts.

Find the cash balance I gave you earlier in this chief chat. Search saved history if it is not in your current context. Quote the relevant excerpt and distinguish what you found from what is missing.
