Can I try something before payment setup?
Yes. Sign in and describe your startup and a task to receive a written first result. You can keep and download it without starting the computer trial. Up to three free preview attempts are available, subject to daily capacity.
Does the 1-hour computer trial require payment setup?
No. Start the one-hour trial after sign-in. No card or autopay setup is required. Access stops at expiry; choose a paid subscription to continue.
What is included in the trial?
20 chat turns, 3 agent tasks, 1 board meeting, up to 3 custom chiefs, 1 routine and 2 computer minutes, within the trial compute allowance.
Does each chief have a separate computer?
Your account has one persistent cloud computer shared by your chiefs. They share the workspace, browser sessions and business memory. Other accounts have their own workspace.
Can chiefs make images and videos?
They can render original designed PNG marketing graphics and short MP4 motion graphics with animated text and original synthesised music. The computer needs Pillow and FFmpeg. Supplied media can be edited with computer tools. Photorealistic image and video generation is not currently included.
Can a chief publish to LinkedIn?
The computer can work in supported websites you sign into. Ask the chief to prepare a draft and request approval before publishing. Publication depends on a working signed-in session and the website accepting the action. A post is complete only when the resulting post URL is verified.
When do limits reset?
Daily usage allowances refresh at midnight UTC, which is 05:30 IST. A total billing-period compute ceiling still applies. Complex work may exhaust compute before the maximum task count.
What happens when my trial or mandate ends?
An expired no-payment trial shows Choose subscription. A mandate reported as paused, halted or cancelled shows Reactivate. Paid access resumes only after a verified charge. Bank changes appear when the payment provider reports them. Saved chats and files remain available.
How do I cancel?
Use the subscription controls in your workspace. No-payment trials expire automatically. Paid cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid cycle; access continues until then. See the terms for refund conditions.
